A family house which sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably and with its own private Swimming
Pool (8m x 4m x 1.5m deep) which is fenced off from the terrace with a locked
gate to ensure safety for small children.

2 fridges, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Downstairs there
is a large dining area and lounge with a plasma screen TV, satellite (Sky)
channels, DVD
player, CD and cassette player. There is also a guest toilet
on this level.

is also a bathroom downstairs with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms (with double beds) and a large bathroom
with separate walk in shower unit, bath, sink and toilet.

Ceiling fans have
been installed in all the rooms to add a little more comfort during the hot
season.

Three patio doors open out onto a large south facing terrace which also has a
corner barbecue.

The pool is on the lower terrace which is surrounded by very pretty flower borders.

There is a play are for
skate boards which is about 5 minutes walk from the house.

Cogolin village is open all year round, and there one can purchase almost everything that may be needed during your holiday.

Nearby
St. Tropez with its
picturesque port and abundance of restaurants and
designer shops, and Ste. Maxime in the opposite direction means that the
house is
in an ideal position.

is a large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket at
nearby La Foux which is
open most days until 9 p.m. and
has plenty of Restaurants, shops,
and good quality bakers and butchers.
