Property Features:
  • This Villa is situated within walking distance (about 30 mins) to the famous Beauvallon beach.
  • It is very close to the charming village on water of Port Grimaud which is delightful both day and night with its waterside cafes and restaurants.
  • The villa is in an ideal position only 6 kms from famous St. Tropez with its charming port and abundance of restaurants and designer shops, and just 3 kms from Ste. Maxime.
  • To the rear of the villa is a renowned 18 hole golf course.
  • The villa has been partially renovated with a beautiful newly built pool (10 metres long x 5 metres wide, and 1 metre deep at the shallow end to 2 metres at the deep end).
  • The pool has a security fence around it with a child proof gate.
  • There is an attractive overflow from the pool towards the garden where there is quite a large lawned area and a boule court.
  • Please note there is a brook (small river) that runs across the bottom of the garden.
  • The plot is approximately 2100 square metres and the living area is approximately 170 square metres.
  • The property is south facing and therefore has the advantage of the sun all day.
  • It is tastefully furnished and decorated providing comfortable accommodation.
  • There is a beautiful large terrace with a barbecue and sink.
  • There are steps up to the main entrance, with the primary living area located on the upper level of the villa.
  • On the upper level there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob with 3 gas and 1 electric ring, oven and microwave.
  • There is a washing machine located in the garage.
  • A very attractive lounge with satellite TV, hi-fi with CD player.
  • Patio doors lead out to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
  • Also on this level there are three double bedrooms, all with twin beds and wardrobes.
  • There is a bathroom with a large bath and fitted shower, toilet and sink.
  • There is a separate shower room with toilet and sink.
  • Downstairs on the lower level there is a double bedroom, and another twin room that share a bathroom which has a small bath and fitted shower, sink and bidet.
  • There is a separate toilet along the hall.
  • On the lower level of the house there is quite a large pool house room with a fully equipped kitchen which has 4 electric hobs and a fridge, and is ideal for the spacious patio with barbecue and outdoor eating area.
  • There are patio doors leading from the lower level of the house onto the terrace, making it very convenient when barbecuing so that you don't have to go upstairs to the main kitchen.
  • You can take the boat from Beauvallon Beach over to St. Tropez to avoid the summer traffic.
  • Then there is the poolroom kitchen area with patio doors leading out on to the pool terrace.
  • All the rooms have ceiling fans or freestanding fans.
  • There is a large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket at nearby La Foux which is open most days until 9 p.m. and has plenty of Restaurants, shops, and good quality bakers and butchers.
Rental Details:
  • All facilities are included in the price.
  • All linen and towels are included, (except beach towels) which are available on request at 6 Euros each.
  • We always insist that we clean the house to a high standard on your departure. For this there is a charge of 70 euros, payable in cash when we call to see you. We find that most people do not want to clean anyway, and by doing this we are certain that the house is clean on your arrival.
  • When making your reservation we require a deposit of 50%.
  • The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date together with a separate cheque of £600 or 900 Euros as a security deposit in case of breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you assuming the house is left in the condition as found on arrival.
  • Please note that if you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, then unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded.
  • Arrivals are normally after 3p.m. and departure before 10a.m. on the day you vacate.
