Villa With Private Pool – Sleeps 6-9

Property Features:
  • A villa set high on the hillside overlooking the bay of Cavalaire, with views of the sea and surrounding hillsides.
  • Situated at the top of the hillside which has a warm tropical micro climate.
  • The villa is south facing and therefore benefits from sunshine all day.
  • There is a steep driveway to the house and entrance.
  • The house has been recently decorated and is very tastefully furnished.
  • There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 hobs, and microwave and has an entrance door to the pool terrace and barbeque.
  • There is a large lounge/dining area with satellite T.V. (including BBC, ITV Channel 5 and Sky etc.), video and DVD players.
  • A bed settee is available if required.
  • There are double patio doors leading from the lounge out to a good sized enclosed terrace and a gravelled open area.
  • There is a staircase up to the Mezzanine with a double bed.
  • Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, with patio doors to a small balcony with sea view.
  • Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a balcony with sea view.
  • There is a bathroom on the hall way with a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
  • There is another separate toilet on the hallway.
  • There is also a small room only 2.1 metres long and 1.5 metres wide with a single bed which is suitable for a child if required.
  • The pool is at the front of the villa (8m x 5m X 1.5m deep) with railings around the back and to both sides. There is a terrace around the pool.
  • The village of Cavalaire is only 5 minutes by car and is very Provencale with excellent bakers, butchers, small supermarkets and restaurants. Most of your requirements can be purchased in the village.
  • There is a large Champion Supermarket in Cavalaire, and a large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket at La Foux back towards St. Tropez.
  • Local beaches are approximately 10 minutes by car.
  • All the famous St. Tropez beaches and St. Tropez village are within 40 minutes by car.
Rental Details:
  • All facilities are included in the price.
  • Linen and towels are available to hire; if required please request the linen rental form.
  • We always insist that we clean the house to a high standard on your departure. For this there is a charge of 70 euros, payable in cash when we call to see you. We find that most people do not want to clean anyway, and by doing this we are certain that the house is clean on your arrival.
  • When making your reservation we require a deposit of 50%.
  • The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date together with a separate cheque of £350 or 530 Euros as a security deposit in case of breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you assuming the house is left in the condition as found on arrival.
  • Please note that if you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, then unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded.
  • Arrivals are normally after 3p.m. and departure before 10a.m. on the day you vacate.
