A delightful holiday home with some of the loveliest scenery in the
South of France.

It is superbly situated, just 3km from the small town of La
Croix Valmer.
- Set
in a small select development which has it's own
large communal pool (15m x 8m) situated on
the hillside just at the top of the road and up the
steps. From the pool there are magnificent views
and it has it's own shower and toilet
facilities.
- The pool area is fenced in
and has a
child proof gate.
- The magnificent views are quite a
feature here and you can see the Island of
Hyeres and the beautiful surrounding hillsides from the terrace of the
house and from the pool area.

The entrance door
is on the upper level where there is double bedroom with double bed,
wardrobe and a small balcony looking out to sea and down on to the pool area.

There is a very attractive turquoise marble bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
units which also have a washing machine underneath.

There is also a small room with bunk beds on the upper
level.

The lower level has a bedroom with a three quarter bed with a shower room with
shower and sink.

There is also a separate toilet with sink.

There is a very nice
lounge/dining area with satellite TV.

There are patio doors from the
lounge area leading onto a covered terrace and then on to the open part of
the terrace which is paved and ideal for
secluded sunbathing, having a large conifer hedge to
the right and a wall and fence to the left.

Down the steps there is another small
terrace for sunbathing and then down the next set of steps is the pool area.
- The Kitchen is equipped with 4
electric hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, plenty of cupboard space and very
attractive marble work surfaces. There is no dishwasher,
so we suggest that you
bring your own and take him or her home with you!
- You can
purchase almost everything you may need in the
village of La Croix Valmer which has excellent bread shops and
butchers and numerous other shops.
- There is also a
large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket
at La Foux just 15 minutes away and also a
Champion supermarket at Cavalaire just 15 mins in the opposite
direction.
- The nearest beach is within sight
just 5km away, and the famous beaches,
village and harbour of St. Tropez are
approximately 15 minutes
by car.
