Villa With Communal Pool – Sleeps 6

Property Features:
  • A delightful holiday home with some of the loveliest scenery in the South of France.
  • Superbly situated, just 3km from the small town of La Croix Valmer.
  • Set in a small select development which has it's own large communal pool (15m x 8m) situated on the hillside just at the top of the road and up the steps. From the pool there are magnificent views and it has it's own shower and toilet facilities.
  • The pool area is fenced in and has a child proof gate.
  • The magnificent views are quite a feature here and you can see the Island of Hyeres and the beautiful surrounding hillsides from the terrace of the house and from the pool area.
  • The entrance door is on the upper level where there is a double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.
  • There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (convertible sofa bed) overlooking the lounge area.
  • The lower level has a double bedroom with double bed and patio doors leading onto the terrace. There is a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet and a vanity area with sink.
  • There is a very nice lounge/dining area with TV.
  • The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, 4 electric hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
  • There are patio doors from the lounge area leading onto a covered terrace and then out on to the open part of the terrace and a large gravelled area in the garden which, with the surrounding shrubs and conifers assures a good degree of privacy. There is of course also the magnificent view.
  • You can purchase almost everything you may need in the village of La Croix Valmer which has excellent bread shops and butchers and numerous other shops.
  • There is also a large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket at La Foux just 15 minutes away and also a Champion supermarket at Cavalaire just 15 mins in the opposite direction.
  • The nearest beach is within sight just 5km away, and the famous beaches, village and harbour of St. Tropez are approximately 15 minutes by car.
Rental Details:
  • The house is available to rent all year round and all facilities are included in the price.
  • Linen and towels are available on a hire basis; please ask for a price list.
  • We always insist that we clean the house to a high standard on your departure. For this there is a charge of 70 euros, payable in cash when we call to see you. We find that most people do not want to clean anyway, and by doing this we are certain that the house is clean on your arrival.
  • When making your reservation we require a deposit of 50%.
  • The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date together with a separate cheque of £600 or 900 Euros as a security deposit in case of breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you assuming the villa is left in the condition as found on arrival.
  • Please note that if you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, then unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded.
  • Arrivals are normally after 3p.m. and departure before 10a.m. on the day you vacate.
