Two Storey End Cottage With Communal Pool – Sleeps 6

Property Features:
  • This two storey end cottage, completed June 2005, is conveniently situated on the plain amongst woodland not far from Port Grimaud, looking up over the swimming pool towards Gassin Village.
  • It is one of fifty one attractive and well landscaped two and three storey ‘Maisons de Villages’ in higgledy piggledy varied provencal style.
  • Most cottages have their own small garden close to the perimeter of a shared freeform swimming pool which also has a shallower circular children’s pool adjacent. (NB: For a view of the shared pool please see details for 21 Place Santoline.)
  • On the ground floor is a large sitting room with corner settee, chairs and dining table.
  • Two sets of French doors lead from the sitting room onto the terrace.
  • Fully fitted open kitchen.
  • Hall and WC.
  • There are 15 steps up to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes.
  • The beds (for max 6 people) can be arranged as singles or doubles.
  • Bathroom with bath and shower and a vanity sink unit and toilet.
  • There is a separate toilet downstairs.
  • The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.
  • All floors of the house and also the terrace are tiled.
  • The terrace has an extendable teak dining table and a parasol and there are deck chairs and sun loungers.
  • Built in appliances – ceramic hob, microwave, oven/grille, dishwasher and fridge.
  • Other appliances – large freestanding fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, bedroom fans, iron, hair dryer and an electric barbeque for the terrace socket.
  • CD, DVD, TV (11 channels including CNN English news, not SKY).
  • Nearby St. Tropez with its picturesque port and abundance of restaurants and designer shops, Ste. Maxime just along the coast, and the picturesque villages of Gassin, and Grimaud to name but a few means that the cottage is in an ideal position.
  • There is a large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket at nearby La Foux which is open most days until 9 p.m. and has plenty of Restaurants, shops, and good quality bakers and butchers.
Rental Details:
  • The house is available to rent all year round and all facilities are included in the price.
  • Linen and towels are available to hire; if required please request the linen rental form.
  • We always insist that we clean the house to a high standard on your departure. For this there is a charge of 70 euros, payable in cash when we call to see you. We find that most people do not want to clean anyway, and by doing this we are certain that the house is clean on your arrival.
  • When making your reservation we require a deposit of 50%.
  • The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date together with a separate cheque of £600 or 900 Euros as a security deposit in case of breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you assuming the house is left in the condition as found on arrival.
  • Please note that if you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, then unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded.
  • Arrivals are normally after 3p.m. and departure before 10a.m. on the day you vacate.
