Villa With Communal Pool – Sleeps 6-8

Property Features:
  • A beautiful villa set high on the hillside overlooking the bay of Cavalaire, with magnificent views of the sea and surrounding hillsides.
  • Situated at the top of the hill it has a warm tropical micro climate and being south facing benefits from full sunshine all day.
  • There is a beautiful shared pool.
  • There is a jacuzzi next to the pool.
  • There is a fully equipped corner kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4 hobs and microwave.
  • The lounge/dining area has a dining table and chairs, a bed settee, free Sky satellite TV and a stereo system.
  • There are double doors leading from the lounge/dining room onto a good sized terrace which is partially covered to provide some shade.
  • There are 3 bedrooms.
  • On the top floor Bedroom 1 has a double bed with patio doors out to a small balcony.
  • There is also a bathroom with shower and sink.
  • Downstairs Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
  • Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
  • In the hallway there is a bathroom which has a bath/shower and sink and there is a separate toilet with hand basin.
  • A cot is also provided.
  • There is a garage with a washing machine.
  • The village of Cavalaire is only 5 minutes by car and is very Provencale with excellent bakers, butchers, small supermarkets and restaurants. Most of your requirements can be purchased in the village.
  • There is a large Champion Supermarket in Cavalaire, and a large Geant Casino supermarket/hypermarket at La Foux back towards St. Tropez.
  • Local beaches are approximately 10 minutes by car.
  • All the famous St. Tropez beaches and St. Tropez village are within 40 minutes by car.
Rental Details:
  • All facilities are included in the price.
  • All linen and towels can be hired if required.
  • We always insist that we clean the house to a high standard on your departure. For this there is a charge of 70 euros, payable in cash when we call to see you. We find that most people do not want to clean anyway, and by doing this we are certain that the house is clean on your arrival.
  • When making your reservation we require a deposit of 50%.
  • The remaining 50% is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date together with a separate cheque of £600 or 900 Euros as a security deposit in case of breakages or damage. This will be refunded to you assuming the house is left in the condition as found on arrival.
  • Please note that if you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, then unfortunately the deposit cannot be refunded.
  • Arrivals are normally after 3p.m. and departure before 10a.m. on the day you vacate.
